The Founding Team
John Wyatt
Founding Principal & CEO
John is an experienced UX researcher, designer and strategist, with a focus on data-driven product development and user experience innovation. An MBA graduate from WPI, he has helped organizations establish and grow their user research programs to tie user feedback into actionable outcomes. Previous publications and conference presentations have centered around Augmented Reality, IoT, enterprise social networks, collaboration, and predictive ROI of UX. Contributing founder to the WPI UX and Decision Making (UXDM) Consortium, that connects academic UX research to industry experts.

Tyler Stone
Founding Principal & CTO
Tyler holds deep roots in both design and engineering, teaching himself web design and development in middle school and graduating from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. Since then, he has been maniacally focused on every aspect of web technology solutions from product strategy, engineering, visual design, user experience, and growth hacking. Tyler has experience in roles spanning from software engineering to marketing to product management, and most recently a role within the CTO Office at a Fortune 500 company where he guided technology strategy for emerging products. When Tyler isn’t ruining his posture from sitting at his computer desk he spends his time reading, writing, and cycling.
